Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, discriminatory, or rights-infringing activity.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, evasion, unauthorized access, destructive payloads, or attempts to bypass tenant, rate, safety, or approval controls.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased lists without lawful authority, ignored opt-outs, sender impersonation, or violations of provider and anti-spam rules.
- Processing highly sensitive data or making high-impact decisions without an approved agreement, lawful basis, safeguards, and meaningful human review.
- Using output to misrepresent a human, fabricate evidence, manipulate civic processes, or create sexual content involving minors.
- Reverse engineering, benchmarking for a competing model where prohibited by contract, reselling access without authorization, or consuming unreasonable shared resources.
Automation responsibilities
- Use accurate sender identities, validated recipients, bounded quotas, approvals, suppression lists, and provider-compliant scopes.
- Review AI output and connected actions before they affect people, accounts, public channels, money, or legal rights.
- Report abuse and security issues promptly and cooperate with reasonable investigation and mitigation.
Enforcement
Taicho may rate-limit, block content or destinations, suspend features or accounts, preserve evidence, and notify affected providers or authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted. Proportionate notice and appeal handling must be defined in the approved Terms.
