Where AI is used
- Research synthesis, lead qualification, content ideation and drafting, nurture copy, assistant responses, and workflow suggestions.
- Embeddings and retrieval for tenant-scoped knowledge assistance.
- Optimization suggestions based on aggregate campaign outcomes.
Provider and data-use position
Approved position: AI provider data-use position pending legal approval. Provider routing, regions, retention, and contractual controls must match the Subprocessor Notice and signed agreement.
Taicho sends only the context needed for the requested feature and applies telemetry redaction, but customer prompts and inputs may contain personal or confidential information. Customers must not submit data they lack authority to process.
Human review and limitations
- AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, unsafe, or similar to output supplied to others.
- Users must verify facts, citations, recipient suitability, intellectual-property rights, and legal or policy compliance.
- High-impact decisions, irreversible actions, and external publication or messaging require meaningful human review and configured approvals.
- Taicho does not represent AI output as professional advice or guarantee a particular business result.
Customer controls
- Role and entitlement boundaries, quotas, provider selection, draft/approval states, cancellation, and audit identifiers.
- Ability to disable unapproved integrations and model-backed features before launch.
- Support escalation for unsafe, unknown, or provider-failure responses.
