Scope and controller

This policy applies to Taicho's websites, workspace, assistants, outreach, content, nurture, automation, billing, support, and connected integrations in Launch markets pending legal approval.

Legal entity pending legal approval is the operator identified for this service. Where a customer determines why and how workspace data is processed, that customer is the controller and Taicho acts as its processor under the applicable agreement.

Data we process

  • Account, authentication, organization, role, entitlement, billing, and support details.
  • Customer-submitted leads, contacts, content, prompts, messages, files, campaign data, approval decisions, and generated outputs.
  • Connection metadata and encrypted provider credentials for integrations a customer enables.
  • Service events, request and execution identifiers, security records, errors, usage, quota, delivery, and performance data.
  • Public-source research returned by customer-requested search and model providers.

Purposes and legal grounds

  • Provide, secure, administer, support, meter, and improve the contracted service.
  • Run customer-directed automation, publishing, messaging, research, and integration workflows.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce rights and limits, maintain auditability, and meet legal obligations.
  • Send service communications and customer-authorized campaign messages.
  • Use consent or another legally available ground where contract necessity or legitimate interests do not apply.

Sharing and international processing

Core hosting is provided by Infrastructure provider pending legal approval in Hosting location pending legal approval. Conditional subprocessors and customer-selected providers are listed in the Subprocessor Notice.

Taicho does not sell personal data. Data is disclosed only to instructed integrations, approved subprocessors, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and successors subject to appropriate protections.

AI processing

Customer-directed model calls follow this approved provider data-use position: AI provider data-use position pending legal approval.

AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before consequential, external, or automated use. The separate AI Disclosure explains provider and human-review boundaries.

Security, retention, and rights

Taicho applies tenant scoping, least-privilege database roles, encryption in transit, protected secrets, signed webhooks, audit identifiers, and privacy-filtered telemetry. No system is risk-free.

The Data Retention, Deletion, and Export Policy describes proposed periods and operational dependencies. Customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

Children and changes

The service is for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.

Material changes will be dated and communicated through the service or the contractual contact path before they take effect where required.
